FULL SERVICE CATERING

Available at your home or venue...all you and your guests do is enjoy!!.
JJBBQ provides the food, servers, plastic plates, utensils, cooking personnel, cooking equipment& grills.
Buffets are complete with buffet tables & linens, chafers, sternos & serving utensils.
Our professional and friendly staff will setup, serve and maintain the buffet.
Food service lasts approximately one hour, depending on the package you have chosen.
Additional food service time is available upon request, additional fees apply.
JJBBQ is responsible for removal of trash generated by the kitchen.
Customer is responsible for removal of trash generated by the guests (plates, utensils, plastic ware, etc).
We require a 20% non- refundable deposit to reserve your date.
Date is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed contract.
Minimum guaranteed guest count is due at time of booking.
Final guaranteed guest count is due 10 days prior to event.
Final payment is due 10 days prior and is based on final guaranteed guest count.

ADDITIONAL FEES

A 20% service charge will be added to all full service events.
Our service charge represents coordination & handling fees, insurance, gas, propane & equipment maintenance.
Please note this is not a gratuity.
Our staff works hard to make your event a success and are very appreciative of your gratuity.
A travel fee will be added for events more than 15 miles from Garwood, NJ as well as out of state venues.
Fees for permits & licenses are the client’s responsibility.
A 2% surcharge will be added to payments made by credit card.
No refunds on cancellations
